The Volkswagen Golf is one of the icons of the motoring world, and with good reason. Few cars are so good at blending sensible virtues with a dose of fun.
There's plenty of room inside for passengers and lots of space for luggage, too. Emissions are low and economy is good.
A used Volkswagen Golf is lively enough to put a smile on your face, with a desirable image which few rivals can match.
Why think twice?
The diesel engines are noisy when accelerating hard, and because the Golf is in demand prices aren't cheap.
