Vauxhall Corsa For Sale
A former What Car? Car of the Year, the Vauxhall Corsa is one of the best superminis you can buy. It will fit into the tiniest parking spaces, but still has room for all the family. It's comfortable and quiet at speed, and the cabin feels upmarket. This is one small car with ideas above its station.

Vauxhall Corsa Review
For:Roomy, refined, good cabin quality
Against:Some models are a little sluggish
Autoquake.com verdict: star
Why buy one?
You won't believe how much space Vauxhall has managed to squeeze into such a small car. Five door Corsa are roomy enough to be a family's only car, with plenty of space in the back and a good-sized boot. Quality is also a step up from what you might expect - this is a very well built supermini.
The Corsa continues its impression of a much bigger car in the way it drives. It's very quiet in the cabin, even at motorway speeds, and the ride is comfortable.
Why think twice?
Any used Vauxhall Corsa is quite heavy by supermini standards, and the smallest petrol engines have to work hard to shift its bulk. Sporty versions don't cope with bumps as well as other models.
How safe?
Don't think that choosing a small car like the Corsa means compromising on safety. Most versions come with six airbags. Crash test experts at Euro NCAP gave the car a five-star rating for occupant protection.
What might go wrong?
A second-hand Corsa shouldn't cause many headaches, but a few owners report squeaky brakes and issues with the central locking.
