Previous experience as a senior manager within a high volume manufacturing, engineering or automotive background is essential. You will have had successful experience with improving production efficiency, change management, continuous improvement and lean processes. Workshop Managers
You will be fully aware of the most efficient productive methods in vehicle refurbishment methods and coupled with initiatives to raise performance and quality to new heights. You will constantly strive to improve processes and customer satisfaction at all times and your team will respect you for the knowledge and experience you have gained throughout your career. City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ level 3 in vehicle mechanical servicing and repairs is essential with a thorough working knowledge of the Automotive servicing and repair function. You will have managed a successful team of technicians and preferably held the position of Aftersales Manager in a high volume business where your responsibility also covered parts and possibly accident repair. If you are an efficient and customer focused Automotive Technician we want to meet you. It is essential that you have previous motor trade experience in a similar role with City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 or an equivalent qualification in mechanical servicing and repair. You are the final check in the preparation process prior to the customer arriving for collection or the vehicle being delivered to the customer's home. You see the car through the customer's eyes and accept nothing you would not accept yourself. You have a keen eye for detail and organisational skills that ensure we meet all deadlines. Ideally you will have completed a panel or paint technician apprenticeship or a mechanical light vehicle servicing and repair apprenticeship and achieved City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, BTEC or a similar qualification. Customer Contact Advisor
This is a key customer focused role handling inbound and outbound calls, advising customers, managing documentation, data inputting and explaining vital additional products such as finance, warranty and insurance, with a priority of having a consultative sales focus with the added ability to manage customer relationships in order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
