The Autoquake.com website is very well presented. There is a unique attention to detail and I was impressed by the quality and number of pictures on display and the fact that even the wheel rims and the full interior were shown. You know what to expect with an Autoquake.com car and I'm pleased to say that the car was 100% - not 95% - but 100% as I expected.
I went to a few local dealers and other options to compare cars and the Autoquake.com car was the best deal - the best mileage at the best price. I never felt forced into the deal and the communication with their support team was courteous and informative. From the initial phone call through online reservation to the final transaction and drive away it was a very straightforward process. If you want an easy buy then Autoquake.com will be right up your street.

The best part of the Autoquake.com purchase process for me was that I did not have to deal with a pressurising salesman wanting to secure a deal. It was a welcome sea change to deal with people who were at hand simply to help.
Their handover centre is not a glossy dealer forecourt but that doesn't matter too much when you think about it. Autoquake.com get the things that matter right - comprehensive detail online, clear maps & directions to the Handover Centre, friendly and knowledgeable contact centre and an as much time as you need, uninterrupted, to check the car over.

My Autoquake.com car was considerably cheaper than any other matching vehicle on the market. Autoquake.com happened to be selling the right car I was looking for but they also offered clear value for money.
The accuracy of the listings inspired confidence in me to reserve the car online initially and I was pleased that the condition of the vehicle on inspection matched the description. The service as a whole, in hindsight, far exceeded my expectations.

My brother had bought his car through Autoquake.com and gave the company an excellent reference. We needed a second car and were considering a range of different Models within our budget. We bought our first existing car from a local dealer but browsing the internet is easier and Autoquake.com was particularly convenient because all of the necessary information was on the website - no time wasted - easy!
We decided to purchase the Autoquake Warranty too because it looked to be comprehensive and, crucially, included labour as well as parts. I think £230 per year for a 3 year warranty is good value for peace of mind because you never know what's going to happen!
There is always room for improvement but Autoquake.com gets the fundamentals right - good cars, competitively priced and a hassle free buy.

Our Autoquake.com car was the right spec at a great price. We'd been searching for a car online and had visited local garages. It was a refreshing change to be given the opportunity to look round the vehicle in our own time without pressure from a salesman. The Birmingham customer support team was cooperative and friendly and managed to find a nearly matching car for us after disappointment when the original one we wanted had been sold. This openness is representative of their website which displays informative photos and an attention to details that we didn't come across with other sellers. We've been impressed by Autoquake.com and would definitely come back again. Efficient and unpressured.

Autoquake.com does exactly what it says on the tin. The car you see on the website is the car you ultimately buy - no damage and no surprises. Although I regularly buy items online, I felt especially comfortable buying through Autoquake.com because all the information I needed was on the website and the lines of communication were open - someone always picked up the phone and answered to e-mails promptly. The customer service was excellent and there was no hard sell. Autoquake.com were open to me seeing the car before any money changed hands and they offered finance which was straightforward and made the car affordable. Good communication, openness and honesty made this a good purchase in my eyes.

There's no 'shpeal' with Autoquake.com. As in the AutoExpress article they're cutting out the middleman and consequently are able to offer unbeatable prices. The website gives clear customer guidelines, the specs and technical details are fully comprehensive and the company background gives real reassurance. If you want a car at the right price coupled with peace of mind then there's no alternative. I'm very satisfied with the price and quality of service.

I'd looked at a number of online sources and am familiar with the benefits of fleet cars. Ex-lease cars are less likely to have mechanical gremlins because they've been well looked after and are also generally better specs. Autoquake.com cars fit this profile and are priced fantastically. My car would have cost me £9,800 from a dealer but Autoquake.com were offering a fixed price of £7,500 - a massive saving. I reserved the car on Monday and came for a test drive and subsequent purchase on the Wednesday. I drove the car away the same day - it was so easy. The website pictures were of superior quality and I really like their business philosophy that promotes transparency and a stress free buying experience. I hate the hard sell, especially being a woman, and I was pleased that they kept to their word and did not push.
The 120 point inspection and HPI check give peace of mind and it seems pleasantly unusual to offer a fully refundable deposit that is unconditional. I knew that if I didn't like the car or changed my mind, I'd get my £100 back and be able to walk away. Now that I've bought from Autoquake.com I'd go the next step and buy online with delivery. Buying from Autoquake.com is low risk, superb value and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am wary of the poor UK small dealer and C2C reputation, so was keen to buy from a reputable source. I found Autoquake.com on a Google search and liked how easy it was to navigate the site. The most astonishing thing about Autoquake.com's sales process was the richness of the information given before actually seeing the car which enabled me to prepare myself for any small defaults that inevitably come with buying a used car. I've never come across a company that shows any and all of the car's defaults transparently and honestly. 'No surprises' makes buying with Autoquake.com a real pleasure.

This is the second car I have bought through Autoquake.com, and being a small businessman, not in stature, surely that speaks for itself! As someone who doesn't buy cars very often, I'm not too comfortable with the visiting dealers, sales pitch, one careful lady owner, etc. This time I decided to do my research online to check specifications, prices and availability before going to see cars. I usually drive Nissans, Fords, Renaults etc. but soon decided that a slightly older prestige model offered much better value. Autoquake.com seem to specialise in this type of vehicle and had several that interested me. I really couldn't just buy from a photograph so I decided to visit and found the Mercedes was just what I wanted. The staff were great; no hard sell, no black polish on the wheels - just a good car, accurately described with all documentation, at a good price. I bought the car, no problems, great to drive - happy customer. Would I do it again? Certainly.

I run a property development company in Brighton through which we also lease cars. If I was looking to buy a car in the past I would go to the leasing company or a local franchise dealership. I changed to buying cars online primarily due to the shear convenience (you don't have to leave your living room!) and also because of the price difference. It's a fact: cars on the internet are cheaper.
I came across Autoquake.com because they happened to be selling the Saab convertible that I wanted for lazy days and sunny days in Brighton. I didn't want to buy from a private seller and Autoquake.com weren't just selling bottom end stuff - they had quality cars at very reasonable prices. The ad gave me a really good idea of what I was getting. It helps to have a lot of photographs and an informative summary. I liked that they were willing to deliver which offers flexibility and I had extra peace of mind from the fact that they had been established for a number of years. I found the customer service very good - I had a quick email response and all the staff were very friendly.
What advice would I give to other buyers? 1. Do your market research on prices. I would recommend Parkers. 2. Know your product. WhatCar? is a good source. If you're not familiar with Autoquake.com and you're unsure, Autoquake.com let you view the car before if you wish which should put your mind at ease. My overall Autoquake.com experience in one sentence? Full of sunshine, just like my car!

I was overjoyed with my whole experience from start to finish when I bought my car through Autoquake.com. I had been looking for a new BMW for a while and had set myself a budget. I thought I would just check out eBay to see what private sellers were selling for in comparison to the dealers I had visited.
I came across the model and year I was looking for on the Autoquake.com website. I mailed them to find out if I could view and test drive the car and they were so helpful and accommodating that I went to one of their centres and checked over the car. Although I have little mechanical knowledge, I liked what I saw (basically it sounded nice and was a nice colour!) and I had set my mind on that one - Happy Days!
I went in two days later with my boyfriend to pay and collect the car and we both agreed that the car and service I had received were stunning. It was perfectly described and a fantastic car. I still smile every time I get in the car and give it a thrashing! We are now looking to buy a second car and the first place I will go to look will be the Autoquake.com website.

The AutoExpress feature and the CEO's credentials reassured me that the company was safe and trustworthy, so after keeping an eye on the stock for about 2 months and noticing that their stock moved quickly I didn't hesitate to reserve my car once I'd found the right spec. The 100% money-back-guarantee was an added bonus but because I booked an appointment to view the car and take a test drive I was already confident that the car was as described. From start to finish, from viewing online to the deal and drive away my purchase experience with Autoquake.com was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Autoquake.com were selling the BMW I wanted on eBay and I was impressed by their accurate listings and positive feedback. I saved the Autoquake.com website in my favourites and kept a watch on their stock. When my son needed another car I went back to the Autoquake.com website and found a Volvo S60 for sale at a great price. It was an instinctive decision to deal with Autoquake.com but I was relaxed and confident to buy a car online from an honest and straightforward (they don't exaggerate the sell) company. The customer service was very good.
I would advise other people who are thinking of buying a car online to do some initial homework online and familiarise themselves - then - go with your instinct. Sometimes cars are not particularly well represented online, so be sure that the information displayed to you is true. It's difficult to be sure but I had this piece of mind with Autoquake.com. They provided me with an excellent service that I would recommend to anyone. My son is more than happy with his Volvo and I even bought another car through Autoquake.com within the same week!.

A few of my friends had bought cars through eBay and some were happy with their purchase and some were not! The friends who were not happy with their purchase made me a little wary of the private seller. I had a car in mind that I wanted, so I spent most days researching online. I came across Autoquake.com after tapping 'Volvo V40' into the Google search box.
When I was directed to Autoquake.com's site, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional the site looked. I always check the feedback previous buyers have left before I even look at the advert. This company was excellent in my eyes! The many photos and the thorough write up of the car were very reassuring.
Whilst looking through the advert for the Volvo there was a piece of information I was not sure of. I emailed Autoquake.com and the next day I had an answer for my query.
I was very happy with what I paid for the car and the service I received from Autoquake.com was second to none. The best bit is that I have bought an amazing car from a trusted company and saved myself a few pounds! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Autoquake.com. Sarah Gray (proud owner of a Volvo V40!)

My initial objective was to find out how much the cars were going for and nothing more. However, after finding the car I wanted at a greatly reduced price compared to the showrooms I decided to take a closer look. The ad included more than 50 photographs showing the car from every angle inside and out, and also highlighted any dents and scratches. There were photos of all the wheels/tyres and even the logbook. The only error I found when collecting the car was the last date of service was May '06 whereas the ad stated it was September. From start to finish the Autoquake.com staff were extremely helpful. Having decided to buy the car without inspection, I was delighted to find the car in exactly the same condition as described on the website. All in all, the service I was given was first rate and I would definitely consider using Autoquake.com again the future.

Hassle-free, well described, well photographed with excellent, polite and prompt communications. A good deal and first class delivery by a very pleasant and professional delivery driver. I live near Glasgow, Scotland and the Espace came from the Bradford site. Autoquake.com has to be the future of used car buying - provided the current high standards are maintained. It has been so refreshing not to have to listen to the uninformed 'bullshit' of the car salesmen at the big dealer networks - looking for big profit margins and giving very little in return! The service history I received with the Espace was unbelievably comprehensive and left nothing about the vehicle unknown - excellent! Thanks again - I will certainly consider buying my next vehicle via Autoquake.com and will strongly recommend the company to others. A very satisfied customer. All the best for the future.

The huge majority of internet used car websites have three poor quality pictures of the car's exterior and scant information. Autoquake.com display an impressive portfolio of large high quality images of the car's exterior and interior with clearly laid out specs. I like the Autoquake.com model. The attention to detail shows a high degree of integrity to buyers which is especially important in the 'Arthur Daley' second hand car market. The condition viewer on the website was invaluable because it leads to a feeling of trust and near guarantees that there'll be no surprises. I did a general online enquiry of Autoquake.com and saw that they'd raised funds this year which is not easy considering the current financial climate especially for a new business model. Being an independent business consultant, this instilled particular confidence in me that I was buying from a reputable company. I am pleased to say that there's been no reason to challenge this view.

I came across Autoquake.com from a Google search for a VW model that I could afford. I was actually looking for a private sale on Auto Trader and was even contemplating going to a car auction, but stumbled across autoquake.com and bookmarked the website. I came back to it two or three weeks later and found the car that was right for me. I increasingly buy things online but buying a car on the internet was a leap for me. Autoquake.com made that leap easier. The website had tonnes of info and photographs and I was reassured by their Management team's credentials. The fact that the staff were polite, friendly and approachable was equally reassuring. They weren't smimey sales people and I got the impression that they were sourced from good quality car dealerships. I wanted to see the car before I actually bought it and, living in the Midlands, to-ing and fro-ing to the Bradford centre was going to be a real hassle. Autoquake.com organised for the car to be transported to their Birmingham centre which I really appreciated. Buying a car online depends on your levels of comfort and risk. It may not be for everybody at face value, but it's really worth doing. I wouldn't have been able to find such a good buy anywhere else and the quality of service that Autoquake.com offer makes it an attractive proposition to any used car buyer.

I bought my last car in 2001 through a dealer that I found through the Auto Trader magazine. On this occasion I went back to Auto Trader, but used their internet search facility. Autoquake.com happened to be selling the car that I was looking for - it was cheaper than the dealerships and was similar in price to the Parker's and Glasses estimate. I was impressed by their website's detail, particularly the specifications and documents summary for the vehicle. When I went to look at the car, there were no surprises and the vehicle was as advertised. I don't have much time for being hassled by salesmen and I'll just walk away if I feel pressurised or forced into extras. The Autoquake.com guys made me feel at-ease and I was confident that I was making the purchase on my terms.

Because low prices go hand-in-hand with buying your car on the internet:
