How do I buy it?

Add it to your order when you reserve your car

The first step when buying a car from Autoquake.com is to reserve a car by placing a £100 refundable deposit online. As part of the deposit process you will be asked if you would like to purchase warranty and if so for what duration.

Purchase it over the phone

If you don't select a warranty during the reservation process, you have the opportunity to do so when you talk to one of our contact centre representatives to make an appointment to view the car or have it delivered. Our customer service staff are also happy to provide you with any further information about the Autoquake warranty.

Arrange cover when you come to collect your car

If you choose to come and collect your car at one of our handover centres, our customer service advisers will provide you more information about our warranty products which can also be purchased at the handover centres.

How do I claim?

If your car breaks down, you can call Autoquake.com Assist. We will take the car to a Car Care Plan authorised garage for repairs. You will be back on the road in no time.
